RuneScape: Dragonwilds is an open-world co-op survival game from Jagex, set on the forgotten RuneScape continent of Ashenfall. Players gather, build, skill and craft alone or with up to three friends, level skills that unlock spells, and hunt the dragons that have woken across the continent — ending with the Dragon Queen, Kuldra.
It entered Steam Early Access on April 15, 2025 for Windows, and reached its 1.0 release on September 15, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. That launch was the first time the RuneScape IP appeared on consoles in its 25-year history, and it arrived as a day-one PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium title and a day-one Xbox Game Pass title.
